Saiyan Scouter Power Level Cam is a free lifestyle application developed by Honecko Anime for Android devices. It allows users to use their phone's camera as a Super Saiyan Scouter Glas to measure the power level of individuals.
Upon starting the application, the camera is activated, and users can point it at people to recognize their power level strength. The app also allows users to choose their favorite Scouter Glas color by pressing the color button in the top left corner. One can activate the flashlight by pressing on the screen to hear the Power Scouter sounds and get the real Super Saiyan Fighter experience.
